The Ritz London
150 Piccadilly, St. James’s, London W1J 9BR UK

MY MAIN: Traditional Afternoon Tea(£58) per person 🍰 FOOD: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ SERVICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ATMOSPHER:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ LOCATION:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ PRICE:⭐️ ⭐️
Lim foodie’s review:
When you hear London, what is pop in your head? The English people dress up nicely and have tea during the afternoon. ” Yes, you are right “you might think about afternoon tea or high tea. So if you want to look for a place to have an afternoon tea with a luxury vibe. This is a place for you. The Ritz London is 5 stars hotel in London famous Mayfair area. This Mayfair area has many luxury restaurant and hotel and nearby hyde park. when you entered The Ritz Hotel, if you keep going straight and left side which is called The Palm Court, the dining area, is for the place which server afternoon tea. when you arrive at Palm court, the waitress or waiter guides you for the table. The hotel has three options for afternoon tea sets such as Traditional Afternoon Tea, Champagne Afternoon Tea and Celebration Afternoon Tea with different price ranges. I and my mom choose traditional afternoon tea. There are 18 different types for the tea so I choose Ritz Royal English tea which is made by A blend of Kenyan, Assam and Ceylon Orange Pekoe. After ㅑI ordered the tea, I was being served Freshly baked Scones with strawberry jam and Cornish clotted cream and six different types of sandwiches such as Ham sandwich, cheddar cheeses and veggies sandwich, chicken sandwich, Scottish smoked salmon sandwich, and egg mayonnaise sandwich. After these, they serve sweet Deserts after that. All everything which they served you are all you can it. The service is really good but a little bit slower. waiter and waiter dress up a nice way with a smiling face. The server for my table frequently checks the table. The atmosphere of this restaurant is very luxury with a beautifully decorated ceiling. One thing I don’t like this restaurant is the table is tightly packed with each other, but for me, I got a corner table so I have more space side by another table. And don’t forget to tip them because this restaurant does not include a service charge for the final bill. After finish the tea time, it is easy to go to hyde park or you can simply have a stroll down to Picadilly circus. Since this place located in a 5starts hotel, the price is expensive.
Lim foodie’s tip: This restaurant is necessary for making a booking. They have extremely strict dress rules such as every gentleman has to wear a shirt and jacket and no running or sports shoes are not permitted. ladies have to wear a tidy outfit.
Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon at Fortnum &Mason
4th Floor, Fortnum & Mason, 181 Piccadilly, St. James’s, London W1A 1ER UK

MY MAIN: HIGH TEA (£51) Per Person 🍰 My DRINK; Add Champagne(£13) 🍾 FOOD: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ SERVICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ATMOSPHER:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ LOCATION:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ PRICE:⭐️ ⭐️
Lim foodie’s review:
Diamont Jubilee is also located inside Fortnum and Mason, in the affluent area. The tea shop spans six floors of this building, accessible by a lift. This tea shop offers several options for afternoon tea: Traditional afternoon tea, a savory one, a vegetarian option, and a High tea option. My friend and I chose the High tea option.
High tea is served with food, and there are seven options: Welsh Rarebit with Oven-Dried Tomato & Caramelized Shallot, Lobster Omelette Victoria with Lobster Bisque & Truffle, Glenarm beef surf & Turf with bearnaise Sauce, Kedgeree with Quail’s Egg & Mango Mayonnaise, Eggs Royale or Benedict or Florentine, Portobello Mushroom Wellington, and Scotch Egg with Mango chutney. I chose Scotch Eggs with Mango Chutney. These Scotch eggs were excellent, with a very crispy outer and perfectly cooked egg.
After that, they served scones and pastries. The scones were warm and soft, and the pastries were beautifully decorated. I especially liked the design of the mint-colored tea set, representing the Fortnum & Mason brand. After finishing afternoon tea, they offered a slice of cheesecake, but I was too full, so they packed a chocolate cake for me.
The table itself was large and round, falling from each table, allowing a comfortable enjoyment of afternoon tea. The service was really friendly; I asked for a corner table near the window, and they accommodated my request. The location is excellent, in the Mayfair area. The price is expensive, but considering that this tea brand is one of the Queen’s favorites, you can tell that their tea is amazing.
Lim foodie’s tip: This restaurant requires a reservation. I made a reservation a week in advance. If you’re planning to try High tea, consider skipping breakfast and going for it as brunch. I had lunch before going there and was too full after finishing afternoon tea. This place also offers afternoon tea for just one person around 35 pounds, so if you don’t have a buddy, this is the place for you. Furthermore, this place has a dress code, but it’s not as strict as The Ritz hotel, so I went there with my Valentino sneakers.
One Aldwych
1 Aldwych, London WC2B 4BZ UK

MY MAIN: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory afternoon tea (£45) per person 🍰 FOOD: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ SERVICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ATMOSPHER:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ LOCATION:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ PRICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Lim foodie’s tip: Since I am a big fan of afternoon tea, I tried many traditional afternoon teas. If you want to try remarkable and novel afternoon tea, this is a place for you. This place serves charlie and factory style afternoon teas set which is a unique afternoon tea experience for you. This restaurant is located inside of One Aldwych hotel which is located nearby Covent Garden. This place has one type of afternoon tea set which is Charlie and the chocolate factory afternoon tea. but if you like a cocktail you can pay extra fees for that. There is four selection for tea: Jewelled Apple, Smooth Caramel, Queen of berries, Organic Lavender Grey. I like fruity tea so I got Queens of berries. After that, they start to serve them warm and fresh scones and then they serve two types of savory sandwiches. Lastly, they serve sugary pastries are looking unique and adorable. The golden egg shape dessert is filled with cheesecake and mango. This is well made because they made york using mango, This cheesecake is soft and delicious. Besides, The bottle shape dessert is filled with chocolate caramel milk which looks so cute but too sweet for me. The servers are well trained and welcoming. The atmosphere of this place seems contemporary and simple but not fabulous like the Ritz and Fortum and Maison. This restaurant is made up of the first and second floors and I got a table on the second floor. The price itself is quite pricey and the portion of food is quite small. This place is located nearby Covent Garden so you can enjoy the beautiful Covent Garden district after tea time.
Lim foodie’s tip: reservation is necessary and this place also has a dress code but they don’t seem to follow it strictly. If this is your first time to try afternoon tea, I do not strongly recommend for you.
Ham yard
1 Ham Yard, Soho, London W1D 7DT UK

MY MAIN: Afternoon Tea (£22) per person 🍰 FOOD: ⭐️ ⭐️ SERVICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ATMOSPHER:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ LOCATION:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ PRICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Lim’s Foodie Tip:
If you’re in the mood for an afternoon tea that exudes luxury without breaking the bank, I highly recommend this place. The cost is around £40 per person, a steal compared to the usual £22 for similar experiences. The afternoon tea package includes delectable cakes, four types of sandwiches, savory treats, and warm scones.
Choose your seating wisely from the three options: patio, garden, or indoor. While I opted for the comfort of the indoor setting, the garden area boasts a more picturesque ambiance. The restaurant’s atmosphere is a delightful blend of Oriental and English influences, evident in the tea sets adorned with flowers and birds reminiscent of Chinese styles.
Our table for two was spacious, providing a cozy dining experience. The scones were a highlight—warm, soft, and accompanied by two types of jam and clotted cream. The three varieties of sandwiches were both tasty and fresh. However, the pastries, while not as visually stunning as some other afternoon tea spots, lacked artificial pigments.
For an extra £5, you can add an additional sandwich to your tea experience. The afternoon tea menu includes two complimentary tea choices: Breakfast tea and Earl Grey, with special tea options available at an extra cost. I personally recommend the Breakfast tea for its versatility with all types of desserts.
Conveniently located near Soho, accessibility is a plus. While the price is on the higher side, it remains reasonable compared to other afternoon tea establishments. Opting for a more budget-friendly venue might compromise on the sophisticated ambiance that sets this place apart from local bakery vibes.
Lim foodie’s tip: reservation is essential and the dress code is casual and tidy.
Tate Modern Cafe
Bankside, London SE1 9TG UK

MY MAIN:Cappuccino(£3.35) ☕️ FOOD: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ SERVICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ATMOSPHER:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ LOCATION:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ PRICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Lim’s Foodie Review: If you’re a traveler looking to savor tea with a breathtaking view of London without burning a hole in your pocket, consider skipping the renowned sky lounges like Sushi Samba, Aqua Shard, and Duck & Waffle. While these are famous for their expensive offerings and panoramic views, budget constraints can be a significant hurdle for many.
Fear not! I have a pocket-friendly alternative that doesn’t compromise on the scenic experience. Head to Tate Modern, an art gallery housed in a transformed, eco-friendly building that used to be an abandoned power station. Make your way to the 5th floor, and you’ll discover a hidden gem—an inviting cafe that not only serves delectable food but also offers a splendid variety of drinks.
During my visit, I opted for a freshly brewed Cappuccino, crafted with care using the finest coffee beans. In a previous visit, I enjoyed a satisfying combination of fish and chips paired with organic coke—a delightful choice. The cafe staff were not only efficient but also friendly, enhancing the overall experience.
What makes this cafe even more appealing is its strategic location within the museum, near the Southbank. After relishing your cup of tea, take a leisurely stroll through the museum, enjoying the artistic wonders on display.
Lim’s Foodie Tip: For an affordable yet scenic treat, head straight to the 5th floor cafe at Tate Modern. Grab a cup of tea or coffee, and after indulging in the view, continue your exploration of the museum. It’s a budget-friendly way to enjoy both art and a lovely London panorama.
Maison Bertaux
28 Greek St, Soho, London W1D 5DQ UK

MY MAIN: Cream Tea(£8.3)🍵 FOOD: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ SERVICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ATMOSPHER:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ LOCATION:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ PRICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Lim foodie’s review:This cafe is buzzing in London. If you googling the best cream tea in London, the place will pop out in search engines. Guess why everyone talks about this place? because pasties in here are amazing. The place is a more likely old fashioned tea room with a small patio. In other words, more like vintage and continental atmosphere. Furthermore, This cafe has loads of options at a great price. this place is famous for cheesecake and freshly baked scones. I got cream tea with breakfast tea. There were scones with butter, jam, clotted cream. Scones were well -made with good texture and clotted creams are creamy. when it comes to service, they are kind and fast. but one thing i don’t like this place is always so hectic. Furthermore, this place has a good location which is nearby Soho so you can have cream tea with your friends and go shopping together
Lim foodie’s tip: I will tell you how to eat cream tea. First, cut the scone in half. Then, use a knife to apply the cream to the scone. Then put the jam on top and the other half-cut scones on top. Then take a bite and drink tea right away.
Milk cool
47 Pembridge Rd, Notting Hill, London W11 3HG UK

MY MAIN:Rainbow cloud cone(£7) 🍦 FOOD: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ SERVICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ATMOSPHER:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ LOCATION:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ PRICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Notting Hill, famous for its colorful houses, inspired by the movie “Notting Hill,” is the perfect backdrop for this colorful ice cream shop. If you want an Instagram-worthy moment, picture yourself with this vibrant ice cream against the backdrop of Notting Hill’s lively hues. Your Instagram will surely be a hit!
This shop offers a variety of naturally flavored ice creams. I opted for the Rainbow Cloud Cone, which comes in a black cone with chocolate sprinkles, and features flavors like black vanilla, mango, and pomegranate. The ice cream not only looks stunning but also hits the sweet spot without being overly sugary. The server added to the positive experience with their friendly and lively demeanor. While the prices might seem a bit steep, you have the option of choosing smaller sizes.
Lim foodie’s tip: Be quick with those pictures! I took too many, and my ice cream turned into a melting tsunami. After grabbing your ice cream, take a leisurely stroll through the beautiful and colorful Notting Hill area.
Best Elegant Restaurant
Flat Iron
17-18 Henrietta St, Covent Garden, London WC2E 8QH UK

MY MAIN:THE FLAT IRON STEAK(£11) 🥩 MY SIDE DISH: sophie's salad(£3.5) 🥗,dripping chips(£3.5) 🍟and Peppercorn Sauce(£1) My Drink: Golborne G&T(£7) 🍸 FOOD: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ SERVICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ATMOSPHER:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ LOCATION:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ PRICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
This steak shop has become my favorite spot in London, prompting me to visit about three times during my stay. With seven locations across the city, I opted for the Covent Garden one. Keep in mind that reservations are not an option, and queuing is the norm. The place tends to be bustling on weekends, but weekdays during lunchtime offer a more relaxed experience.
The menu features several options, including the Flat Iron Steak served with a house leaf salad, Special Beef, Barely Finished Native Bread, and Ribeye. Opting for the medium-rare Flat Iron Steak, I enjoyed it with Dripping Chips, Sophie’s Salad, and Sauce. A delightful touch was the complimentary popcorn served while waiting for the main course.
The steak was impeccably seasoned and juicy, and the unique addition of a hand axe for cutting added to the dining experience. Peppercorn sauce is a must-try, with its mustard-like flavor complementing the beef perfectly. Sophie’s Salad provided a fresh and light contrast, and the crispy chips were a delight. The service was both friendly and vibrant, and the overall pricing felt reasonable, especially considering the complimentary salted caramel ice cream offered upon departure.
Lim foodie’s tip: Aim for a weekday lunchtime visit to avoid the weekend rush and enjoy a more relaxed experience.
Coppa Club Tower Bridge Igloo Pods
3 Three Quays Walk, Lower Thames St, London EC3R 6AH UK

MY MAIN:Crab Linguine(£13.45)🍝 My Drink: Raspberry julep(£8.45)🍹 FOOD: ⭐️ ⭐️ SERVICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ATMOSPHER:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ LOCATION:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ PRICE:⭐️ ⭐️
This restaurant is hailed as an Instagram-worthy spot in London, renowned for its Igloo vibe. Offering a stunning view of the Thames River and Tower Bridge, it stands out as an iconic location in the city. Despite the Igloos being fully booked, I managed to secure a table on the patio.
Opting for the Crab Linguine, a pasta dish adorned with crab and various vegetables, I found the food to be decent. However, the highlight was the Raspberry Julep cocktail. This fruity concoction had a delightful blend of flavors, with a distinct taste of gin.
Situated along the Southbank, the restaurant provides an excellent vantage point for enjoying the beautiful view of London after dinner. While the food might be a bit pricey, the overall experience, ambiance, and cocktails make it a worthwhile visit.
Lim foodie’s tip: If you aspire to dine in an Igloo, make sure to secure a reservation. However, if you have a smaller group, consider enjoying the patio, as Igloos are typically shared by eight people, and a smaller group might end up sharing the space with strangers.

MY STARTER: Tagliatelle of black celeriac,black squid and toast(£22) and prawn macetrated in balsamic(£25)🦑 MY MAIN: Beef fillet and foie grass(£38) and Lamb cutles(£42)🥩 My Drink: Tropical G&T(£16.5)🍸 FOOD: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ SERVICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ATMOSPHER:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ LOCATION:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ PRICE:⭐️
Lim foodie’s review:
This renowned 2-Michelin-Star restaurant is nestled in the affluent Mayfair area. As you step into the establishment, you’re greeted by a dining hall bathed in pink hues, adorned with artistic pictures on the walls. The ambiance is nothing short of enchanting, evoking a sense of magic that compels you to capture the moment with your camera. The restaurant staff don smart-casual uniforms, adhering to the dress code.
Opting for starters, I enjoyed the Black Squid and Toast, while my mom savored the Tagliatelle of Black Celeriac. The former featured squid seasoned with squid ink, imparting a slightly salty flavor, served on toast. For the main course, I indulged in Beef Fillet and Foie Gras—a perfectly cooked medium-rare steak adorned with fresh, Spanish-cooked accompaniments and a delightful gravy sauce.
To complement the meal, I chose the Tropical G&T, a fruity cocktail adorned with tropical fruits. The restaurant’s unique features include an egg-shaped toilet and a ceiling adorned with colorful glasses, providing excellent photo opportunities. The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere of this magical restaurant left a lasting impression. I’m already planning to revisit next year, this time for afternoon tea. Given its 2-Michelin-Star status, the prices are on the higher side.
Lim foodie’s tip: Make sure to secure a reservation, and adhere to the smart-casual dress code. Keep an eye out for the unique egg-shaped toilet, and don’t miss the chance to capture the colorful glass-adorned ceiling.

The Breakfast Club
33 D’Arblay St, Soho, London W1F 8EU UK

MY MAIN: Fried chicken& waffle(£11.5) 🍳 My Drink:Ice coffee(£3)☕️ FOOD: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ SERVICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ATMOSPHER:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ LOCATION:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ PRICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Lim foodie’s review:
This spot is renowned for its all-day breakfast in London. Opting for the Fried Chicken & Waffle, the dish impressed with its combination of fried chicken, gravy, maple syrup, and chili sauce. A delightful touch was the addition of mac and cheese. However, the chicken was a tad soggy, lacking the crispiness I expected, having tried the famed chicken and waffle combo in Miami.
The coffee was commendable, and the service was both friendly and prompt. Seating outside, we encountered a minor issue with unstable chairs due to the uneven road. Yet, the overall atmosphere was charming, with cute yellow cups adorning the tables. On a subsequent visit, I tried the Pancakes & Berries (9.8), a delightful option with American-style fluffy pancakes. The three-decker pancakes left me feeling pleasantly full.

MY MAIN: Daily pancake(£8.4) with coconut whipped cream(£1.5) 🥞 My Drink:Ice coffee(£3.35)☕️ FOOD: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ SERVICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ATMOSPHER:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ LOCATION:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ PRICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Lim foodie’s review: Do you guys how to save the world by eating food? It is simple to try to eat meats so try out vegan food one day. I mean I am not either vegetarian or vegan but I just hang around London and I found this stylish place. I got daily pancakes with coconut whipped cream. since they did not put any daily products, the pancakes are not fluffy rather more flatten. I think it is better to add on coconut whipped cream because the flavor of pancakes is simple but adding coconut whipped cream which provides more sweetness. One thing I don’t like this place is they served food by plastic containers because when I think about vegan vibes, it seems to be related to eco-friendly stuff. I think this is my stereotype against vegan lol. The atmosphere is cool and the server was friendly and helpful. This place is more like a self-service restaurant. it means you have to order food at cashier and pick up food from there. I mean it can be good exercise lol. The price itself is pricey and the portion is relatively small because after I had pancakes here I was kinda still hungry.
Brick Lane Sunday Market
Brick Ln, Spitalfields, London E1 6QR UK

MY MAIN: Sandwiches and fries(£10) 🥪 FOOD: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ SERVICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ATMOSPHER:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ LOCATION:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ PRICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Lim foodie’s review:this food vendor is located at Brick Lane Sunday Market. You can simply type ” Brick Lane Sunday Market” on your google map which can tell you directly. The market has different types of street food vendors. Not only Brick Lane Sunday Market, but there are also so many food vendors in Brick Lane district. I heard that the Brick lane market is famous for Indian food. Anyway, this sandwiches shop is located near the entrance of Brick Lane Sunday Market. This shop mainly sells steak sandwiches which is 7 () so you can choose three different types of sauces such as kepchup&mustard, Jalepeno&cheese, Black garlic aioli& habanero. I choose Jalepeno&cheese. And you can add optional side dishes such as Hash brown which is 4 and fries is 3. so I just got fries as my side dish. The tasty sandwich has a unique taste that you can’t eat anywhere. And if you enter this market and go straight, there is a place to eat outdoors, so you don’t have to worry about where to eat it. And this place located in the center of the market and easily finds other famous another vintage market, is good for eating, buying vintage props and shopping for clothes. It’s half an hour away from central London by train so it is a little bit far from central. Furthermore, the price is reasonable.
Lim foodie’s tip: Brick Lane Sunday Market is only open Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm. However, this district has another food market that is open during Saturday and Sunday so you can check it out another place as well.
BREAD AHEAD
Borough Market, Cathedral St, London SE1 9DE 영국

MY MAIN: BREAD AHEAD DOUGHNUTS for 4(£10) 🍩 FOOD: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ SERVICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ATMOSPHER:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ LOCATION:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ PRICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Lim foodie’s review: This doughnuts shop is located in the Borough Market which is located in Southwark. This market is one of the oldest markets in London, sells many kinds of street food and groceries such as cheese, honey, and fresh meat. If you search this market on Instagram, the most popular picture is Doughnuts. In other words, if you’re at this market, you’d better try doughnuts. When I went there, there were about 10 people in line in front of me but service is speedy so the line goes on quick. And a doughnut cost 3(£) and four doughnuts are 10(£). I was debating because I easily indulge in food deals. Anyways I got four doughnuts. There are four types of flavor which were Bread Ahead, Velvel, Chlorate and vanilla custard. All flavor of doughnuts are doughy and oozing with delicious different filling. The favorite one was Vanilla which is filled with creme pat and whipped cream. It was heavenly tasty. These doughnuts are not too sweet but just perfect. The atmosphere is just a street vendor vibe but clean. And as I mentioned earlier, this shop is located in Southbank, so you can walk to near Thames river and enjoy the nice view after eating doughnuts from here. The price is a little bit pricey than other typical Doughnuts, but it is super worthy.
Lim foodie’s tip: Borough market is not only famous for this Doughnuts, so why don’t you try different kinds of food as well while you touring around here.
Camden Market

MY MAIN: Steak&chips(£9)🥩 + Extra egg(£1) 🍳 My DRINK: Coke(£1.5) FOOD: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ SERVICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ATMOSPHER:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ LOCATION:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ PRICE:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Lim foodie’s review: Camden town is known as the hipster area and vintage market in London. When you get out of the Camden town station and walking along with the street vendors, you will find Camden Market left side which is located near the canal. From this point, you can smell delightful smells of food. As soon as you arrive here, you can notice that numerous food vendors in this area. Among many vendors, I went for Steak & Chips with a pinky signboard. I ordered medium rare steak and chips with Spicy chili butter and add an extra egg. By the way, the most popular sauce here is secret sauce which looks greenish color with herb and garlic smell. There are several options for EXTRAS: chips(3.5£), cheesy chips(5£), add an extra egg(1£), steak Top-up(3) and drink(1.5£). So you can add Extra depend on your preference. The steak was seasoning perfected and juicy. The crispy chips were soaking up the juicy from steak very well. Especially I recommend to order an extra egg and you can prick a half-cooked yolk with a fork and mix it with the beautiful flowing yolk with steak. The server was kind and speedy. Atmosphere of this place is just typically food marker vibes. Sometimes you have to eat food while standing because there has limited sitting space. Furthermore, the location is a little bit far from central but this market is a nearby famous park called Primrose Hill. so I suggest to take away food and go to Primrose Hill to do a picnic with your friends. Especially sunset time in primrose Hill is lovely, you can see the skyline of London with the pink painted sky. Lastly, I think the price is reasonable and a good portion as well.
Lim foodie’s tip:This area is little it sketchy at night time so if you plan to come here night time, make sure don’t come here alone: )
